Kageno Kids Art and Cultural Exchange
Kageno( Kah-gay-no), meaning A PLACE OF HOPE in a Kenyan dialect, is a multifaceted community development project that transforms communities suffering from inhumane poverty into places of opportunity and hope. The "Kageno Model" is designed to improve sanitation, provide basic healthcare, and elevate living standards by educating and empowering community members through a series of sustainable interdependent programs.
The Kageno Kids Art and Cultural Exchange is a multifaceted program which focuses on the children in the Kageno project areas and in our local communities in the U.S. Our art and cultural exchange unites these diverse children's groups and gives otherwise unheard children a voice. Kageno Kids brings hope, inspiration and understanding to all.
